4. Intellectual Property

The content present on workoutgen.app and in WorkoutGen (texts, images, videos, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, structure, and design) is owned by JCODE, used under license, or provided by its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website or the application, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited, unless prior written authorization is obtained from JCODE.

Any unauthorized exploitation of the website, the application, or any of the elements they contain will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

JCODE expressly reserves, within the limits permitted by law, the rights to the protected selection and arrangement of its databases as well as text and data mining rights. Mandatory legal exceptions remain applicable.

JCODE strives to provide accurate information and to keep the service available. However, corrections, updates, or maintenance interruptions may occur.

WorkoutGen provides recreational fitness guidance, not medical advice: adapt each workout to your abilities and environment, stop if you experience pain, discomfort, or an unusual symptom, and seek advice from a qualified professional if necessary. The statutory warranties applicable to the digital service and consumers’ mandatory rights remain fully applicable.

JCODE is liable for direct and foreseeable damages caused by a breach attributable to it. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded, notably in the event of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or bodily injury attributable to JCODE.

7. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent jurisdictions are determined by the applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection and jurisdictional competence rules remain fully applicable.
