The content present on workoutgen.app and in WorkoutGen (texts, images, videos, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, structure, and design) is owned by JCODE, used under license, or provided by its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website or the application, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited, unless prior written authorization is obtained from JCODE.

Fitness content and programs are intended for recreational practice. Adapt each session to your situation and stop if it no longer suits you. Legal guarantees applicable to the digital service and mandatory consumer rights remain fully applicable.

JCODE is liable for direct and foreseeable damages caused by a breach attributable to it. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded, notably in the event of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or bodily injury attributable to JCODE.

7. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent jurisdictions are determined by the applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection and jurisdictional competence rules remain fully applicable.
